The Bracket for the HR-2510 is High Quality, which I could not tell from original bracket. The CB Bracket was like original also... CB World has fast service, great communications, and I would recommend to anyone as well as make more purchases myself. |

First off, I was VERY impressed with your fast shipping!, my new radio arrived much sooner than I thought it would. I spent all day yesterday custom installing it in our motorhome, it was a real challenge running over 35 feet of cable to the back of the coach to mount the PA horn, (this was done so I could communicate with my wife while backing up) Every thing was perfect except for the Medium duty spring, it’s not strong enough to hold the 3 foot Firestick antenna, As it said it would in the literature, The antenna flops around in the wind and doesn’t stay up straight. I dug up an old spring from an 8 foot whip I had on another vehicle, and it seems to do the trick, I will be ordering another PA horn so I can have one in the front of the motorhome so I can communicate with folks in front of me, I set it up with a toggle switch so I can switch from front to rear. By the way, the Molded Side Mount Mine mount worked perfect for my application which was to mount on the thin strip of fiberglass between the front windshield and the drivers side window, I mounted it so the antenna is about a foot and a half above the roofline which keeps me under the magic 13 ½ feet for gas stations and bridges etc.

I would like to tell you that CB World is a fine distributor for your radios, and the same goes for your own tech support.
I purchased a Galaxy 959 from CB World, which I initially thought had some issues, so I contacted CB World.
I had hoped this was not the case, since I purchased a Galaxy because of features/price and reputation for reliability and/or excellent service.
CB World systematically tried to help me in an efficient manner. When realizing I needed Galaxy tech support, they immediately put me in contact with them.
I worked through the issues with John @ Galaxy tech support, and he was able to solve my problem.
It turned out that I needed to redo a connector and improve my antenna configuration.
Thanks to John for his expertise and expedience in accomplishment!
