I purchased both the 3' and 4' Firestick antenna. The tunable tip makes getting the perfect SWR easy. The 4' has a standing wave of 1.1 on chanel 40 and 1.0 on chanel 1. It don't get better than that. The 3' has a standing wave of 1.6 on chanel 40 and 1.3 on chanel 1. I use the 4' when pulling our 5th wheel. The mount for these antennas is a hood mount on a Ford F350. I would definately recommend both of these antennas. Quick side note. CB World is a good company to deal with. My orders were shipped the day I ordered them and, being about 120 miles south of the warehouse I received them the next day.
