SS3H Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Springs [SS3H]

Great spring, using it for my 4 foot firestik2 on a jeep. There is minimal movement of the antenna while both on trails and on the freeway doing 70MPH. My last spring was always at a 45 degree angle on the freeway, and the first time on the trails it ended up breaking. So far the main flaw with this spring is that there is not a way to really tighten it down, and because of this while out on the trails the spring shakes loose... luckily I was able to catch this happening before it completely fell out. If you take some vice grips towards the bottom of the spring and tighten it with those it will stay in place.

I installed this spring on the AUC10K ll Hood Mount with Coax Cable and it works great! I was looking for a spring that would keep the Wilson 2000 Trucker antenna center load from whipping around too much since it's close to the windshield. So far, at 60mph it's doing the job beautifully & so I expect at higher speeds or windy conditions it'll continue to get the job done!

Used to protect my Firestik antenna on my Jeep TJ from trees and heavy brush. I would recommend this product to others. It allows for antenna to bend out of the way yet strong enough to keep it upright at highway speeds.
