Galaxy is a CB radio and amateur radio manufacturer located in Escondido, CA. Galaxy CB radios are regarded by many to be some of the highest quality radios available today. They have the best product support around, and insist on handling defect issues directly. You don't see that very often these days. They are definitely a favorite with folks that like to tinker and modify radios, as they are typically easy to work with in that regard.
