Holiday Returns
We are aware that sometimes the perfect gift
isn't so perfect, and it is hard to purchase a holiday gift and be able
to return it in 30 days. Because of this, we are extending the
returns deadline for all items purchased as gifts to 01/15/10.
This will give everyone a couple of weeks after the holidays to contact
us with any issues with any items purchased as gifts. This
extension covers any item purchased from wearecb.com/store between
11/01/09 and 12/17/09. All returns are still governed by our
Returns Policy.

Peak-season guarantees: Commitment times for air and international shipments delivered within the United States and Puerto Rico will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 27, Dec. 18–24 and Dec. 31. International air shipments picked up or delivered in the United States are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. The guarantee for all U.S. air services and UPS 3 Day Select® is suspended for shipments picked up on Dec. 21, 22 and 23. The guarantee also is suspended for UPS Ground and UPS Standard to Canada packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 11 and Dec. 24. What we know:
- Anything shipped 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air is still
guaranteed to be delivered on time. This applies to US orders
only.
- UPS 2nd Day Air shipments placed on
12/22/2009 will be delivered 12/24/09.
- UPS Next Day Air shipments placed on
12/23/2009 will be delivered 12/24/09.
The Table Below:
- The table below lists
the latest time at which an order can be placed with each shipping
method to make it by Christmas.
- The column labeled "Our Guaranteed
Cut Off Ship Date" is the day you must place the order by to receive
your package before Christmas.
- This is our guarantee, not UPS.
- If you place your order by the listed cut off date and the package
does not make it to you by Christmas, we will refund the cost of
shipping, but not the cost of the item.
- This guarantee is void in the event of a natural
disaster, adverse weather conditions, train wreck, car wreck, plane wreck, sleigh wreck, theft,
destruction of package, or exchange for coal by Santa
