I installed this antenna on the back right corner of a '78 VW Westfalia Bus. The gutter mount works great and it isn't very noticeable. The color of the center coil is white and the connection is a stud, so you need to use a plug-to-lug coax cable (a 12' one is supplied). It took me 20 minutes to tune the SWR and I got it below 1.5 for all channels (and 1.3 on 19). Would buy it again.

Nice antenna if you want an antenna that won't stand out. It worked real good with a 23 channel CB. It reached out 25 miles. On a 40 channel it is harder, but not impossible to tune to all 40 channels I had a hard time equalizing the SWR between channel 1 and channel 40. They should be close to the same SWR.
