The 18-226 is an auxiliary relay control for # 77-225A (NOTE this will NOT operate with a 77-225)

The auxiliary relay unit allows you to hook your Midland CB set to your existing car speakers or to hook up a car stereo and CB to the same speakers in a new installation.

You can run the car sound and CB separately or simultaneously.
