This mic extension is a big help when your radio is just a little too far away, causing you to strain the mic cable to get it to your mouth. Straining your mic like this will cause damage to the cord, fraying the cord where it connects to the mic or the mic plug. With its coiled cable, this extension is 15" long and stretches to 3 feet. It is terminated by a male mic plug on one end, and a female mic plug on the other. Also available with 4 pin plug (EX4).
