The Galaxy DX33HP2 is a high quality 10 meter radio that provides some of the most popular features for an export radio with a low cost.

Echo & Talkback

The echo feature on this radio is controlled with a three position switch on the far right, top row. This switch also controls the talkback function. The bottom position turns both features off, center is echo only, top is echo and talkback. The echo amount and interval are controlled by a dual knob on the bottom right of the radio.

Noise filtering

The DX33HP2 uses a standard squelch coupled with a 3 position automatic noise limiter (ANL)/ noise blanker (NB) switch. This switch turns on the ANL, the ANL and NB, or turns both off.

Power

This radio uses dual mosfet finals to put out a maximum 10 watts (factory). The three position power switch adjust the power to .05W on LO, 3W on MED, and 10W on HI.
