Uniden PC68LTX 40 channel Mobile CB Radio. ThePC68LTX brings back the high quality circuitry that made Uniden famous! Radio operators have been mourning the disappearance of the "high-cut" audio option from Uniden's CB Radio line up for quite some time. Now Uniden has reintroduced the high-cut audio in the PC68LTX mobile CB radios!

The Uniden PC68LTX is elegantly styled and packed with the most popular 2-way radio features in a user friendly package that will be familiar to all Uniden CB fans! A bright LED channel indicator, easy to read meter, front panel mic connector, and Uniden's classic controls with an enhanced channel selector that offers more positive channel selection and reduced drift are some of highlights to the new PC68LTX.

Uniden PC68LTX Features

The Uniden PC68LTX includes an extra-long mic cord for operator convenience even in the largest of vehicle cabs. RF gain control, Mic gain control, PA/CB switch, Analog S/RF meter, instant access to channel 9, and a sturdy mic with left side positive push to talk make the PC68LTX loaded with the features that professional drivers have enjoyed for years! And the reintroduction of the high-cut audio switch will make any veteran driver happy while newer CB radio operators will enjoy the clarity and frequency response that Uniden's high-cut audio brings to the conversation.

This is a large radio. It is recommended for vehicles with a little extra space.

The power cable for this CB radio is detachable for easier installation.

Please note that this radio does not have a built-in SWR meter. You will need an external SWR meter (like the  AUSWR) in order to tune your antenna system for optimal performance. See our Help Center's article  How to Tune a CB Antenna  for additional information.

I HAD MINE FOR 3 YEARS AND HAD IT PEAKED & TUNED AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT AT ALL.

I thought that I posted a review before, but apparently not. As a professional truck driver for over 25 years and a farm kid before that, I have plenty of experience with C.B. radios, antennas, speakers etc. For years, and after owning many brands, I've ALWAYS come back to Uniden radios and speakers. Until now, I've always used Wilson Trucker whip antennas. The PC68LTX radio, Uniden 7 watt speaker (not sure what model) replaced my old PC68XL and its speaker. The radio was peaked by you guys. I tried to meter it with my old, beat to death, Trucker 2000s and got it pretty good. However, I knew there was more, so, a week or so later, I ordered a Firestik 4' dual kit. I had no previous experience with Firestik equipment, or any other fiberglass antennas, now I'm extremely impressed with it. Believe it or not folks, my radio, peaked by your shop, with this antenna kit (after metering of course), gets out almost 20 miles over flat ground. I know this because my dad was "looking" for me one Friday night while fueling at a truck stop that far away. He runs a hot radio but could hear me loud and proud. I'll be ordering the same setup for my personal pickup soon. I'm thinking that dad might just be ordering from you too.
