Stake Hole Antenna Mounts
These mounts lock into the stake hole pockets along the edge of a pick-up truck bed. There is no need to drill any holes in the vehicle.
In some cases, the coax must be routed through an opening that is too small for a standard PL259 connector to pass. If this is the case for you, be sure to check out coax that offers an easy route end, such as an FME connector. For example, check out the HS818TN-NIP.
If utilizing the stake hole pocket/s close to the cab, you may find it difficult to achieve good SWR readings if you do not select an antenna that is less than 4 feet tall.
